EFT (EMOTIONAL FREEDOM TECHNIQUES)
EFT (Emotional Freedom Techniques™) is a very powerful technique used to release “negative emotions”. It’s a « Power Therapy ». It stands out as a technique which is very easy, fast and offers lasting results.
The theory behind EFT : “The cause of all “negative” emotions (anxiety, fear, sadness, anger etc.) is a disruption in the body’s energy system”. EFT helps balancing the body’s energy system by tapping with the fingertips on acupunture points of the face and body while repeating consciously the issue to be addressed. A “Basic recipe” (a cycle) takes less than a minute. This process, or a shortcut version, will have to be repeated a certain number of times, depending on how many aspects are related to the issue.
EFT works directly and softly on the painful emotions and helps to release them. With EFT, there is no need to remember vividly painful events in order to release them. One of EFT’s goal is to minimize discomfort.
There is a link between the emotions and the physical body, therefore EFT is very effective on pain and physical issues.
Considering its simplicity, EFT can be learned and used on any types of emotional issues (sadness, anger, fear, anxiety etc.), physical issues (pain, diseases), phobias, dependencies, etc.
EFT is more than a technique, it’s a tool for peace. We can use our intention, our intuition and our consciousness not only to resolve issues, but also to make choices for ourselves. This approach can also be used as a “reprogramming tool” in order to reach our health, sports performance, relationships and life goals !
