EFT SEMINAR: IMPROVE YOUR TENNIS PERFORMANCE

For a tennis player, “Timing” is essential. State of minds such as: anxiety, anger, frustration, fear of getting injured, fear of being unable to perform etc. produce muscle tension and affects “timing” and performance.

EFT helps to release mental blocks (limiting beliefs, negative beliefs, lack of motivation), physical issues (pain, injuries, stress, tensions) and emotional issues (fears, anxiety, anger etc.). EFT is very efficient agains “YIPS” (contraction and involuntary shaking that can occur during serve or other times during a tennis game). EFT is efficient to improve performance, injury prevention or injury recovery. It’s also a reprogramming tool that can be used to reach our goals at all levels in order to reach our potential. EFT is not a substitute for pros, technical tennis coaches, tennis psychologists, but it does facilitate their work. EFT improves the player’s performance, energy level and well-being. In fact, a player is his/her own performance brake or accelerator.

EFT could become one of sports most accessible, versatile and powerful techniques over the next few years.
